Singular modules can activate in a very short timeframe, while a more comprehensive solutions suite may take longer. On average, an AICON module can be implemented in 12 to 24 weeks, depending on the number of customizations required to meet your terminal’s needs.

Our Client Engagement Team is here to help you through every step of the implementation process. To ensure confidence and success,  we offer pre-deployment training and on-site “go live” support. But our involvement doesn’t stop there. After implementation, our expert analysts will deliver an ROI report showing your KPI progress on a monthly or quarterly basis. And, any time you need assistance, our customer support team is one call away.

We recommend the following areas of discipline: 

1. IT: Team members familiar with your IT infrastructure, TOS system, and various APIs, for integration with the AICON Solutions Suite

1. Operations: Personnel to ensure the solution is performing adequately and validating container planning and equipment dispatching decisions

1. Project managers: Optional, but team members who can oversee the implementation project and all of the deliverables required from your team
2. Management: Sufficient oversight to ensure issues are escalated and resolved to minimize any project delays.
